I am a Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, and Aqua Zumba Instructor. My channel is to provide you with some fun dance fitness, strength training, and high intensity interval training workouts that you can do from home. I have been a ZIN instructor since 2011 and teach classes at Fitness CF in Mt. Dora, Florida. There could also be some silly videos that include my family.
